Nigerian Afrobeat singer, Adedamola Adefolahan, known professionally as Fireboy DML, has shared the release date for the much-anticipated remix of his smash hit, Peru which will feature British singer, Ed Sheeran.
Fireboy DML is over the moon following the success of his ‘Peru’ remake with Grammy-winning English superstar, Ed Sheeran.
On January 16, 2021, the YBNL act saw his song ‘Peru (Remix),’ hit No. 1 on the UK Apple Music charts.
The record currently tops ‘Easy on me’ by Adele.This comes after the record has been making waves across the world. It currently sits at No. 6 on the UK Singles Charts.
It has also charted on the Rhythmic Radio Charts in the US.
‘Peru’ remix video currently has 19m views on YouTube.
